What can I do with account admin?A.
The account admin page will allow you to change things such as your e-mail, password, block people from sending you messages, upload a profile picture, add a profile quote etc.Activities

What do activities do?A.
Activities will allow you to do jobs that are specifically designed to help raise your stats. Be careful though, as some activities may increase one stat, but lower another stat.Beat-up

What is a big job?A.
A big job is an organized crime involving other mobsters. Most big jobs will require you and/or the participants to have certain items in their inventory.Businesses

How can I purchase a business?A.
In order to buy a business, you need to be in a territory your family controls/your crew controls, and meet the minimum requirements for owning that business.Q.
How do I collect money from my business?A.
You need to go to the business you own, and click on "collect todays earnings".Q.
What are business arsons?A.
You can blow up a business with a bomb. When you blow up the business any money that business held, is gone and the business becomes empty land.Q.
Can the don own a business?A.
No, they can't. The only way a don can own a business is by killing someone who held a business.Q.
What are thugs?A.
The more thugs you have protecting your business, the harder it will be for someone to blow up or rob the business.Q.
What are business extortions?A.
You can extort a players business. Extorting the business will rob the money that business is currently holding.Q.
How do I get my business to produce better goods?A.
This depends on the age of the business and the type of the business. The older the business, the better goods it'll produce.Cemetary

What is the cemetary?A.
The cemetary is where you can view who killed who in which territory you're in. You can click on a grave and leave a message, piss on their grave, or leave some flowers out of respect.Creating A Family

How do I form a family?A.
When forming a family, you'll need to be a level 7. Once you're a level 7, you'll unlock the ability to do the "pinky ring" mission.You'll need 3 participants, including yourself. Each participant will need to accept their invite.
Your families name should reflect your characters last name, or a unqiue crime family name.
Your families name can't reflect any existing families name in the game, or be too similar to a current families name.

How many times can I be a don?A.
You can only hold the rank of don once per round.Q.
How long is my family under protection for?A.
Once your family is formed, you'll have 48 hours of protection where you won't be able to be attacked but you'll also not be able to attack as well. Use this time to build your family.Q.
What happens if my family doesn't meet the requirements?A.
You'll have 48 hours from the first notification you receive for your family not meeting the requirements. If your family does not meet those requirements in the alloted time, your family is automatically disbanded.Q.
What stats do I need to start a family?A.
You'll need a leadership level of 15 in order to form a family.Disrespect

What is disrespect?A.
Disrespect is an attack against another mobster. When you're successful in disrespecting another mobster, they will lose some of their respect, and a random stat.Family Tax

How do I rank up within the family?A.

Gold accounts are premium players that have paid real money to have access to a specialized account.Q.
What benefits does a gold account have over a non-premium player?A.
Gold accounts have the ability to go into hiding(Appear offline), have reduced timers to complete jobs faster, have access to the corrupt cop, and timers at the top of the page.Q.
How long does a gold account last for?A.
Gold accounts last for 45 days and will carry over to the next round whatever remaining days you have left.Health

How do I heal myself?A.
You can heal yourself by purchasing a using healing items such as bandages, first aid kits, and pain killers.Q.
What does the health reports show?A.
The health reports will show you any players that have attacked you.House Arrest

What does the House Arrest Do?A.
Being under house arrest is a punishment which is issued by the don or consigliere of a family. While being in house arrest you won't be able to commit any crimes, participate in jobs, or attack anyone outside of your family.Inventory

The inventory page allows you to see everything you currently posses. This includes weapons, vehicles, job items, healing items, etc.Mailbox

The mailbox is where you'll receive any messages, job invites, and attacks.Q.

Send a ticket into administration and we will handle it. We will never ask for your passwords!Q.
Someone keeps harassing me, how do I deal with it?A.
If someone is harassing you, you can block them from sending you messages by going into your account admin page. If you feel threatened in any way, please contact administration asap.Message Boards

What am I allowed to post/not post on the message board?A.
The rules of the message board are posted at the very top of each forum. Make sure you read them before making a post.Q.
What's the difference between family board and message board?A.
Only members of your family are able to see the family board, where as the message board is public to all players.Mob Names

What should my mob name be?A.
Your mob name should reflect that of a mobsters name. Any name too similar to another players, or mocking another player is forbidden.Petty Crimes

What is Pick Pocketing?A.
Pick pocketing is an attack against another mobster. When you're successful in pick pocketing another mobster, you'll take a portion of the money they have on hand.Ranks

What do I get when I rob the bank?A.

How do I rob an inventory?A.
When you use a snitch on someone, you can view their inventory and select an available item to attempt to rob.Q.
I don't see the ability to rob their inventory?A.
Your snitch hasn't aged enough then.Sleeping

What happens when I go to sleep?A.
Putting your mobster to sleep is a safe way to ensure your're not attacked overnight, or during a period when you can't be online.Q.
How long am I asleep for?A.
You're asleep for 8 hours.Q.
When can I go back to sleep?A.
You need to wait at least 4 hours after waking up before you can go back to sleep.Small Jobs

What do I do with staff?A.
Staff plays a key role in growing your mobster.Q.
How do I pay my staff?A.
You can either pay them manually by going to your staff page, or by auto-payment at midnight game time. If you don't have enough money to pay your staff, they will warn you. Failure to pay them the second day and they'll all leave.Q.
What is my staffs age?A.
The longer you hold onto your staff members, the more useful they will become. They will produce better goods for your business, give you access to more information on other mobsters, get you out of prison, etc.Truck Heists

What are truck heists?A.
Truck heists are a different type of crime that allows you to obtain items such as fence items, drugs, and sometimes cash.Vacations

What happens when I go on vacation?A.
When you go on vacation, you won't be able to login during your vacation period. You won't be able to be attacked and you won't have to pay your staff.Whacking

How do I whack someone?A.
You'll need a gun in order to whack someone which you can obtain by going to the store, by the blackmarket or by obtaining one as a drop item.Q.
Why do I have such a low percentage at hitting my target?A.
